The Custom Gifting Design Process
Start by saying hello and telling us a bit about your gifting needs! You can reach us via our inquiry form on our website, phone call, or at the shop. We’re open 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST, Tuesday - Friday, and 10 a.m - 2pm on Saturday. We’ll also capture logistics on our inquiry form, including budget, timeline, and shipping/delivery.
Next, we’ll schedule a complimentary in-depth consultation, which can be done either in person or on Zoom. We’ll use this time to learn about you, your recipients, and the occasion. Creating a custom gift is sharing an extension of yourself and your company. We care deeply about bringing your vision to life and take the time to immerse ourselves in your brand energy and culture.
Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send you the contract for signing and an invoice for the deposit to begin your project.
With a clear understanding of your gifting needs and vision, we’ll start the creative process. We will present you with a proposal and storyboard including all the details, from the gift itself to the packaging design.
Once you select the final design, we will also set an official timeline. Then, we begin putting your stunning gifts together.
We’ll manage the shipping anywhere in the United States or local delivery of your gifts to save you stress and ensure they arrive on time. We can even coordinate with event planners, your team, or venue staff.

Please reach out. Although our custom gift design process typically takes about 5-7 weeks from inquiry to delivery, we can often accommodate tight turnarounds and timelines. Please contact us ASAP to allow plenty of time to create, source, and send your gifts.
There is a five (5) gift minimum for custom-designed gifts due to the time and process involved in luxury gift selection. If you’re unsure of your needs, please feel free to reach out, and we’ll help you determine the best solution.
If you’re looking to surprise that special someone or a small group, we’ll be happy to help you put together an individual or small gift order with the products we currently have on hand. We can help you virtually or in the store and provide local delivery in Hingham, MA and the South Shore area.
Yes! We offer nationwide shipping on our project-based custom gift orders.
For individual and small custom gift orders, we offer local delivery to the following Massachusetts towns:
